Welcome. My name is Jenny Brown Hertel, and I am a Usability Consultant with the User Experience Group at Indiana University. Additionally, I am a full-time graduate student who will obtain an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction Design from the IU School of Informatics in May, 2009. My primary interests are usability, ethnography, and user experience. On this site, you will find samples of design and usability projects I've completed in school.
